1. Overview

This online store is operated by TAVCO, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By visiting the store or buying from it you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We try to show our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Colours and materials, especially suede, can look slightly different on different screens and vary naturally from pair to pair. Please check the size information on each product page.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes, shipping and, for international orders, import duties are shown or explained at checkout. If we find a pricing or product error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

5. Orders

When you place an order you receive a confirmation email. The contract is formed when we dispatch your items. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund anything you paid. You can ask us to cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing support@weartavco.com.

6. Delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the items.

7. Returns, refunds and your right to withdraw

You can return items within 14 days after delivery, as explained in our Refund Policy. That policy also explains the legal right of withdrawal for customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this store, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to TAVCO or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break its security or interfere with it, no automated scraping of content or prices, and no false or misleading information.

11. Liability

The store and its content are provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in your country.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
