Refund policy

Returns and refunds: 14 days

You can return any item within 14 days after you receive it, for any reason, and get a full refund of the item price.

Condition. Items must be unworn (you may try them on indoors), unwashed and in their original condition, with the original packaging and labels.
How to return. Email us at support@weartavco.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with the return instructions and address. Send the items back within 14 days after you tell us you want to return them.
Return shipping. You pay the cost of sending the items back, unless the item is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered. In those cases we pay.
Refund. We refund the item price, and the standard shipping you paid, to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the items back or you show proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier. If an item has lost value because it was handled more than needed to check it, we may reduce the refund.

Free exchanges

Need another size or colour? Exchanges within 14 days of delivery are free: we pay the shipping of the replacement. If the item you want is out of stock we will refund you instead.

30-day guarantee

If a manufacturing defect appears within 30 days after delivery, contact us with photos at support@weartavco.com. We will replace the item or refund you, and we pay the return shipping.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Your legal rights

This policy gives all customers the same 14-day period. It does not affect the rights you have by law. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, and you keep the legal guarantee of conformity (at least two years in the European Union). Customers in other countries keep the consumer rights that apply where they live.

You can use this form to tell us you are withdrawing, but you do not have to. Copy it into an email to support@weartavco.com:
